KEVIN FLÓREZ Talento cartagenero tipo exportación Por: Liana Sánchez Jefe De Prensa Kevin Flórez rodríguez comenzó a hacer beat box desde muy niño en su natal Cartagena, donde comenzaban a llamarle “Kevin Rap”, luego al recibir cierto reconocimiento en el mundo del hip hop colombiano, también se le conoció como el "NIÑO DEL RAP". Con solo 5 años de edad hizo su primera actuación en público, esta se llevo a cabo en un prestigioso hotel de su ciudad.A los 10 años ya empezaba a proyectarse como rapero y a participar en distintos eventos adquiriendo a la vez experiencia en el escenario. En el año 2001 se enfrentó a su primer gran reto, presentarse en la Plaza de Toros Cartagena de Indias, frente a más de 2000 asistentes, donde fue telonero del grupo revelación del momento “escarcha”, proyecto que nació en el reality del canal caracol “pop Stars”. Pero fue en el 2004 cuando hizo su entrada triunfal a la escena musical tras ser invitado a abrir el show de los artistas internacionales Sean Paul y Don Omar, concierto que también tuvo lugar en el mismo escenario. Kevin ha tenido la oportunidad de hacer varios featurings con artistas y productores musicales tales como, Julio Cesar Meza, Big Yamo, Goodfellaz, Dj Dever, entre otros. En este 2009 y ya con su mayoría de edad, Kevin Flórez decide radicarse en la capital de es manera expandir su carrera musical ya establecida en la región Caribe y proyectarse a nivel nacional e intencional.Colombia se prepara para recibir una descarga de FUSION Y DANCE HALL, por que este cartagenero viene cargado de mucha energía y con la firme intensión de poner a bailar a todos. Próximamente estará lanzando su primer trabajo discográfico del cual se desprende el sencillo “DAME TU AMOR” que desde ya comienza a sonar con mucha fuerza en la principales estaciones radiales del país.
